FedEx is our standard courier unless otherwise indicated. Please advise if you prefer to use another courier. All merchandise is shipped insured. In-stock merchandise is normally expedited within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of order. Please allow 2-8 weeks for back stock orders. We will indicate any back-stock items by separate e-mail correspondence. We will always do our best to ship to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed cannot be canceled.
ilovebabalu.com uses the registered couriers to ground ship products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols are not typically shipped by air except under special circumatances.
Credit Card Payments: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products purchased within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately. Follow the simple instructions below. Returns or exchanges of items is valid within 7 days of receipt for US customers only. International orders are final sale.
Return merchandise must be received by Babalu in the same condition and in the original box or packaging in which it was originally shipped.
Refunds will be given to the name purchaser only on the specific credit card used to originate the sale.
• Ensure any claims are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise
• To make your return simpler, place the unused item into the original packaging and container we used to ship you your product.
• Shipping, insurance and customs duties associated with returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the client.
• Before items are returned and accepted, we may require you to e-mail us digital images of the product(s) so we may assess the reason for return.
• We regret we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
Procedures for Returning Merchandise
To insure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully:
1.E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). An exchange, replacement or refund can only be issued with a RAN.. You must include your order confirmation reference number plus full contact details, in case we need to reach you by phone, mail or e-mail.
2. Re-pack merchandise securely in its original packaging and shipping box to protect it from damage during transport.
3. In large bold print, clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on two outside panels of the box.
4. Send your package pre-paid and insured to the address specified on your RAN.
5. We recommend you ship via UPS or insured courier. Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes.. Packages must be returned with shipping and any applicable duties and forwarding costs pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.We will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during its return shipment.
6. All returned merchandise must be fully insured by you for the full amount of the value of the goods.Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any discrepancy in goods or damage relating to goods while in transit. Do not process your return if your courier is unable to provide sufficient insurance for all merchandise.
It normally takes up to 30 business days for us to process a return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may likely take approximately seven (7) business days or more to reflect this transaction. Return Authorization Number (RAN) Expiration
A Return Authorization Number is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2-8 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.
Any merchandise/package sent without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.

Returning a Gift
IIf you are returning a gift, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We can either credit your ilovebabalu.com account with an online store credit, or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
Returning a Gift from our Registry
If you are returning a gift from a registry we will credit your ilovebabalu.com account with an online store credit upon receipt of your return. You may contact email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Undergarments, swimwear, other intimate apparel and products, cosmetics, apothecary and sundry items, food products, perfumes and jewelry are non-returnable, so please make sure you are comfortable with your purchases when ordering.
