How do I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards may be redeemed online or at any of our stores. To redeem a Gift Card online, on the checkout page, enter the associated Promo Code that will be included with your Gift Card. There will be the option to enter multiple Gift Cards per order, which will be automatically deducted from your total purchase amount at the time of checkout.
How will my Gift Card be delivered?
Gift Cards are sent to the recipient by email or the specified physical shipping address.
To send Gift Card by email, please include the full name and email of the gift recipient in the SPECIAL NOTES box on the Shipping Method & Special Instructions Check Out section.
Gift Cards will alternatively ship if no special instructions are provided, via Standard delivery (3-7 business days). Expedited delivery (2-3 business days). Gift Cards cannot be shipped to PO boxes; a physical street address is required for delivery. To ensure safe delivery, a signature is required upon receipt for Gift Cards exceeding $1000.
How do I place a gift order?
When you check out online, you may enter the gift recipient's address in the shipping address fields. Be sure to include a phone number in case any shipping issues occur during delivery. Even if you don't purchase gift wrap, you may include a gift message; simply enter your message in the form provided on the address page at checkout. Your message will be printed on the packing slip enclosed with the order.
Can I have my gifts wrapped?
Yes, many of our items may be gift wrapped. You can select the gift wrap option when updating the items in your cart; items that cannot be gift boxed will not include a gift box option when listed in your cart.
Does Babalu have a Gift Registry?
Yes! You can create an online Gift Registry here.
What are the benefits of a Babalu Gift Registry?
Creating a registry provides you with:
Convenient online access. You and your gift givers have access to your registry 24/7.
Complimentary announcement cards. You will receive an initial set of 20 cards - perfect for letting family and friends know you're registered a Gift Registry with Babalu. And, you can always request additional cards if need be.
Even more convenient exchanges and returns. If you receive a duplicate gift, or would like to return an item for any reason, we'll be happy to exchange it or offer a store credit.
Gift Registry Completion Program. A one-time 10% discount for any gifts not purchased by the event date will be valid for 6 months after your event. Our special gift from Babalu to you.
When will my registry be available to friends and family?
Your registry will be available to view and make purchase from immediately online.
Is it possible to update the registry once created?
Yes, very easily.
You may update your registry at any time by adding or editing selected gift requests.
You may also view your registry anytime to see status of purchases made by your gift givers.
How frequently do purchases against my registry get updated nationwide?
All purchases will be reflected immediately.
How long will my registry remain available to me and to my guests?
You will be able to access your registry indefinitely.
Will gifts be sent directly to me?
When you set up your registry, you will be prompted to indicate your ship-to address.
What shipping options do you offer?
Most gifts will be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS or Priority Mail (USPS).

How can I cancel my Restoration Hardware gift registry?
If you wish to cancel your gift registry at any time, simply email email@example.com and we will have the registry removed.
Orders, Delivery & Returns
When do goods typically ship?
Product marked “In-stock” on the Product Page typically leaves our warehouse within 48-72 business hours from time of order confirmation, sooner as possible.
Most out-of-stock products typically ship within two weeks of receiving your order. If we become aware of any additional delays, we will continue update you via email and do our best to expedite all products as soon as possible.

Where can I find details on shipping information?
Log In to your account section to view order status. Tracking numbers will be available once merchandise has shipped.
How long does my refund take?
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
How do I cancel my order completely?
If you are in the process of checking out and decide you do not want to complete the order, you can leave the check out process at anytime by using your browser back button, the checkout buttons that return you to the previous step, or clicking on the logo at the top of the page. If you logged into your Babalu account before placing an order, the items in your cart will remain there for your next visit. If you are not a registered Babalu user, create an account to view your Wish List items.
Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process. To speak with a customer service representative and inquire about canceling or changing an order that's already been placed, email us at email@example.com with your order number and details.
How do I order offline?

How will I know that you've received my order?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).
How do I know if my items are available immediately?
If the item is not in stock, an inventory status and expected ship date will appear on the product detail page. Delivery time frame for custom order items that ship from one of our vendors will be noted on the product details page or checkout. Occasionally, we find that an in-stock item is damaged or defective when we fill an order - and that getting a replacement for you results in your item becoming temporarily unavailable. If this should occur, we'll strive to fulfill your order promptly; we'll also notify you immediately. This delay will not incur further charges.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Shipping to another address that is different from your billing address is easy. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping information page at checkout. If you're a registered user, the address will be automatically added to your address book (so that you can access it for future purchases).
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
For your convenience, furniture items and items designated for Unlimited Furniture Delivery are held for a single delivery, shipping when all furniture items on the order are available. Items that ship via UPS may ship separately, at no extra charge.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Babalu ships internationally to most countries.
Credit & Payments
Can I redeem store merchandise credit online?
At this time we are unable to process store merchandise credits online.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged at time of placing order online.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Babalu Gift Cards.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure.
How is sales tax estimated for my order?
Sales taxes are estimated based on the laws and regulations of the state or province indicated in the shipping address. Each state / province has different laws regarding the taxation of merchandise, freight and handling.
If I saw an item in your store but can't find it online, how can I purchase it?

What if I have questions about your products?

Valid promo codes can be entered during the Check Out process.
If you happen to have more than one Promo Code, input the first promo code and click Apply. Repeat the process with the next promo code by entering the Promo Code and click Apply again.
How do I change my email address?

Must I create an account to shop?
You don't need to create an account to shop to add items to your shopping cart, and is only required to complete your order. Creating an account with us is simple and facilitates checkout plus offers other advantages that include personalization features, such as accessing your order history, gift registry information or wish list. Additionally, when we have special offers, our registered users will be among the first to know.
If you are logged into your account, you can add as many items to the wish list as you like. When you return to the site in the future, your Wish List items will continue to be available to view. You can edit, add or delete Wish List items at any time.
If you add an item to the Wish List and you are not logged in, you will be brought to the Log In / Create Account page. Once you have logged in or created an account, the item is remembered and automatically added to your personalized Wish List.
Are the prices the same on your website as in your stores?
We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our stores and our website. In the event you find a discrepancy in pricing, please let us know at email@example.com.
